Return & exchange policy
PROCESSING
Ars Temptation processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2 - 3 business days after placing your order for processing.

SHIPPING
The articles will be sent whenever possible as a trackable courier. In the case that the dimensions of the product does not allow using the trackable courier system, the product will be sent by parcel post. The buyer will be informed of the shipping expenses before accepting to buy a product.

Trackable courier
Shipping to Metropolitan France, Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, La Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Andorra and Monaco takes 48 hours. The shipping price is 4 €.
International and overseas shipping to all other countries takes 3 to 7 business days. The shipping price is 7 €. For international shipments, tracking is available only for the following destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Korea, Spain, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Thailand (non-exhaustive list subject to change during the year). For other destinations, tracking is only effective up to the French border.

Parcel post
Shipping to Metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco takes 48 hours. The shipping price is 6 €.
Shipping to French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane, La Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin) takes 11 to 18 business days. The shipping price is 13 €.
Shipping to French overseas territories (New-Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis-and-Futura, French Austral Lands and French Antartique) takes 11 to 18 business days. The shipping price is 14 €.
Shipping to countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino, the Vatican and United Kingdom takes 3 to 7 business days. The shipping price is 14 €, with a supplement of 3 € for the United Kingdom due to the Brexit impacts.
Shipping to Eastern Europe countries (except UE countries, Switzerland and Russia), Norway and the Maghreb takes 3 to 10 business days. The shipping price is 21 €.
Shipping to other international and overseas countries, such as Russia, American continent countries, African continent countries and Asian continent countries, takes 3 to 10 business days. The shipping price is 30 €.

Note: Taxes and Duties for international shipping may vary depending on the country and should be paid by the customer. Ars Temptation is not responsible for those charges.

We want you to love the pieces you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase on Ars Temptation, you can return the item for store credit or exchange. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We don't accept returns after the 14 days period. Exchanges or returns must be in their original, unused/unworn condition and the item must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. The item should be postmarked to Ars Temptation within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. If your return is postmarked more than 14 days passed your delivery date, we will not return or exchange your piece (example: Your package is delivered to you on Monday, April 1st. If you change your mind and would like to return it, your return package must be postmarked/shipped by Sunday, April 14th, back to Ars Temptation).
In case you received a defective or damaged piece, please inform us through email (arstemptation@gmail.com) or call us at +33 630951900. You have the possibility to request a refund of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Reimbursement of the invoiced price of the returned product will be made, by credit to the buyer’s bank account or Paypal account, no later than 30 days following receipt by the company of the returned items. An email confirming that the refund has been made will be sent to the buyer on the email used for the purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Ars Temptation recommends you ship your package with insurance and use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on international or domestic orders.
In case you wish to cancel an order, that has not yet been manufactured/shipped, kindly send a request to arstemptation@gmail.com or call our phone number +33 630951900. For order cancellations before shipping the order will be refunded immediately. However, if an order has been shipped, please wait for it to return to our warehouse for the refund to take place. Ars Temptation is not responsible for the shipping costs of order cancellations.
Orders that meet the stated requirements herein are eligible for one exchange only and after that point are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds and store credits are processed within ten business days after receipt of package.
